I might be relocating to Shanghai in early may, but depending on the final package offering. Will be travelling to Shanghai with family (wife plus 2 small kids, 2 & 4) end Mar for a familiaritytrip first before deciding to take on the job.

We need to get a first hand feel of the place we will most likely be staying, as well as the schools (english/mandarin) that is available at this time.

Yeah, adrienne is good and thorough. Also knows shanghai inside out, been here for 10 years, all in real estate.

I did get an email from justanis76 (thanks very much) but unfortunately we don't handle lower end housing. The reason is that there are just so many local agents taking care of this market. I’m sure you’ve already got ten PM’s by now from local agents.

These local agents come well recommended. I’d give them a call and have a chat.

There's also the likes of Joanna and Phoenix properties that would have a large database of properties. Am sure other folk will recommend good local agents too.
