I checked the Quyang Rd. Carrefour, but no luck.

I saw weight scale both in Walmart and Carrifour, you may need to ask the staff to show you where they put.
and book of invoice paper, you can find in stationery store.

I have seen both in the Zhongshan Park Carrefour.

You might not be able to spot them at first... They are somewhat hidden behind all the crap the staff leaves in the aisles...
