hiiii everyone

I arrived in Shanghai yesterday, but since I dont know anybody here im looking for some nice people to hang out with, dinner, clubbing stuff like that and maybe some recommendations for nice places to visit in Shanghai?

To be honest I just moved here yesterday so I cant help too much Although I know on Wednesday night they have an expat get together at club Geisha now which i will definitely be attendingTime: 8pm-11pm, Jan.4th – May.2nd (every Wednesday )
Address: The Geisha, 3rd Floor, 390 Shanxi Nan Lu near Fuxing Zhong Lu陕西南路390号近复兴中路
Subway Directions: Line 1 or 10 to South Shanxi Road,exit 1, 5 minute walk after.

On Sundays at 1pm they have a get together at the Coffee Bean :Address: B129, No. 245 MaDang Lu (near Fuxing Lu) in Xintiandi Style. For all of you subway riders, you can take Line 10 to Xintiandi Station and it's right upstairs. The best thing is that you don't even have to leave the metro station. Hope to see you on one of Sundays to come!!

Any idea what kind of cover I am looking at as a ''non-lady'' foreigner?

It is importnat to frequent a few places until you get to know some people. If you go to different places each night shanghai will seam like a huge city full of strangers. If you like pubs pop in after work until you get to know a few people and branch out from there.

Cover? Usually clubs on the weekdays don't charge a cover unless it's a special event then it's around 100rmb. I know Bar Rouge charges a cover all the time.

It has been risky using your own photo as I have been known to use it...on occasion when they really deserved it
