Anyone know of any new apartments in Shanghai?

I'm looking to buy (albeit under my fiancee's name).

Budget of 1.2Mil RMB - so am guessing it'll have to be in Pudong.

2nd hand could also be ok, as long as its decent.

My friend & colleague recently bought a 1bedroom+living room+kitchen apartment near Shanghai Rly. Station for 1Mil RMB.
Wat's the config u r looking for?

I guess 1 or 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen is about right - although I think we can consider a studio apartment too!
