Any nice place / estate in huangpu as near to the peace hotel as possible that you know of? 2 - 3 bedrooms. 100 and above sqm. 24hrs good security is a plus.

How about Hamilton House.
On No170 Jiangxi zhong Rd.It is walkable to Peace's hotle.
If you perfer a new compound.it will be some difficult with that area.Beacuse It's a traditional commercial area.

Closest is Zhong Fu City (local) and New Harbour/Citadines/Tian Ci serviced apartments. Also, there is an apartment block on Huangpu Rd called the Pinnacle. Cheapest would be Zhong Fu City.

Hi thanks, will check out these places. Hamilton House is very old from the outsides and saw somewhere its about 17 000 rmb, too high. what is the price range like for those you mentioned? No need for service apartments.

I think Zhong Fu runs for under 10k. I'd have to check with my agents as it is a local property. Tian Ci does have some nice small units that would be worth a look but they are over 10k for sure.

As mentioned, the area is zoned Retail so residential is limited. There's better options down Xi Zang Rd towards Fuxing Rd but it's heading away from the Bund. If you head north of the Bund and follow the river around there are a couple of large local blocks. A 2 bedder is probably under 10k but again as it is local housing I am not quite sure on it. Monalisalee can probably chime in here and help you out. Maybe send him a PM and see if he is awake yet.
