I'm new in town, setting up a rep office and have received so many different quotes about same objects so I'm doubting them all. Now I'm trying this forum to see if anyone here knows anything about A-grade offices in Shanghai and how much they can be rented for now days. Just need a small room to start with, but apparently ROs need to be in A-grade buildings.

You could try some local real estate agents like: belfrey.com.cn, shanghai-Realty.com for finding an office in grade A building. The lowest one I heard is about RMB 3,000 per month in a 400 square ft in downtown Shanghai.
