Walls were half panelled, dark wood floors, 3rd floor apartment with balcony off main bedroon & also balcony to lounge.

Why didn't i take it ? Cos i was waiting for my company to confirm that i would be staying in Shanghai rather than moving to Beijing. When i went back to the agent to get it, it had already gone
So now, i'm looking for a similar alternative.
If you know of any similar apartments 140+ m2 then please let me know.
Only other thing is that the apartment MUST BE CLEAN !!!
The pics are the one that i missed out on, this has now set the standard.
I am prepared to increase on the monthly rent for the right place.
