"Harold & Maude" was a great 1970's movie about love between a 15 year old boy and a woman about 70. Also we have "The Graduate" which is a famous and classic movie about a guy who has a fling with his fiance's mother.
In general, it is fairly common in the USA for teenage boys to find a friends mom (particularly the young ones) to be attractive. As far as coupling goes, there are a lot of older women who go after young boys (we call them Cougars). Also, the famous band "Lords of Acid" has a song with the lyric "young boys, I want you to be my toys".
All that said, no, it's unacceptable.
