If you just wanna book flights, China Eastern Airline is pretty efficient. Their website is http://www.ce-air.com/cea2/zh_CN/homepage
Otherwise call them at 95108. I think it's press 2 for English service. You can get them to courier your tickets and pay via credit card at no extra charges.
