Beef is an uncommon commodity in China. I am working on changing that.

Been in negotiations in Beijing with my partner and the powers that be
for permission to rent a large plot of land to raise cattle on.

Yasmine's - butcher shop in jinqiao and on xiangyang. the guy was saying to check out their uraguay beef - no hormones, no antibiotics, and grass fed (but not certified organic).

The problem is that you cannot bring Beef from the Americas since the mad cow scare
some years back, you cannot get Kobe beef (this may have changed recently) and Australian
beef, while still beef, really is average, and missing something.
