Hey!
I used to have a coach back in France, Marathon athlete but with obviously a solid ground in general fitness, it was great for 6 months, really helped! Then I moved to China, and for the past 6 months, haven't doing much beside struggling at work and at getting used to the life here.
Nowdays, I feel like I have more free time and would like to resume training, but I don't really have much of a sport background nor any particular liking for the usual group sports (football, badminton...) and I'd really like to follow a well structured program to get back / keep in shape, mostly focusing on drying up a little and getting more flexibility (I'm stiff like a broom).
Any coach here?
