The Philadelphia Orchestra 2010 Tour of Asia website links to the expo website, which as with most other things here is complete crap and without direct information.
Anyway, once you clicked your way round that site, you'll find some ticket information.It doesn't clearly show anything related to the May 7th Philly Orc event though, but it does show where the expo tickets can be bought and offer some phone numbers you can call...
