Does any of you know the area well?
How is it to live there?
I mean in terms of gym, shopping mall and restaurants.

I saw some apt ads for this area in a new compound.

I think it is a little isolated and would recommend places closer to the Zhong Shan Park area for more convenience. It has well priced accomodation with good shopping malls, carrefour supermarket, restaurants, cafes, gym and good transport. With Shanghai traffic like it is nowadays I think it's important to be close to these services or life here can be a real pain.
