Hi all!

I am relocating to Shanghai and looking for an apartment - looking for your advice!

1- I'd like it to be <10 min walk from Xintiandi
2- I want a studio that's modern and comfortable, meaning: good isolation from outside noise and temperature, good kitchen appliances, etc.
3- In a nice area (small picturesque streets, good restaurants, etc.)

Is that possible? In which are should I start looking?

1 Depends on your budget
2 No such thing in Shanghai (External insulation)
3 In Xintandi more and more of picturesque streets are diminishing

Definitely try to find Western or local real estate agent who really understands
what Westerners want.

Depends on your budget of couse,
Dynasty Garden I think is suitable for you if your budget at least 15k or so.
