Has anyone heard of a Real Estate advisor; Nadine Hui from KCRE Real Estate Advisors?

Looking forward to hearing about any experiences with her!

I have a had a very bad experience dealing with her - was mis-led completely!

i don't even know what that means, but it sounds hilarious. haha....

I have subscribed to many, many financial newsletters over the years, and honestly, their picks are not much better than the experienced investor on Yahoo.However, like everyone else, they have bad picks. But I like the straight forward, honest approach they take. So many of these financial newsletters only post their losers, and try to let the losers fade out of memory.

In China they should be called Fake Estate Advisors

Real estate is great investment. There are many investing tips in real estate like Creative financing, Do it yourself where you can, Know market trends, making real investments and so on.
