Has anyone gone to the Real Estate Fair at the Shanghai Exhibition Center (Nanjing Rd., across from the Portman) yet? It's going until Sunday 3/19.
I hear that most of the buildings are under RMB10,000 / sqm. Are there higher end buildings as well? Anyone considering buying?
