I'm looking into renting a 3 bedroom place with a location close to ANY line2 subway station. I'll be commuting daily so it needs to be real close... Pref around peoples.

Now, what agent should i use? Anyone has some tips on good ones? My plan is simply to contact as many as possible, get them to show me around many different ones and suggest prices and we'll see from there.

Can pay up to 10k i guess, but the place needs to be super-sweet in that case. 8k should do it, right?

Any other tips you ppl might have on this?

My advice, go to the location you think you will probably like (e.g. Jing An Shi), and around that area, definitely have lots of agents for you to choose from.

You wouldn't want to have too many different agents to show you the houses. They will call you every day to ask for your opinion. Can be quite annoying. Try to just stick with 2.

agree on dlaw's opinion, dont only use one agent but dont use more than three.
