Hi all,
I bought two Kingston DDR3 memory modules from 360buy.com last week with the help of a Chinese friend. (two of these http://www.360buy.com/product/143076.html)
Turns out my motherboard doesn't support this, so we called 360buy.com and asked them to change these for a different type (DDR2). Their policy states they won't take back memory modules unless damaged. I don't really see why.
Is there anyone who was experience with returning stuff to 360buy.com? Is there general chinese legislation forcing them to take back unopened products?
Do you think they give in if I get my Chinese friend to shout angrily at them? She can be quite convincing sometimes, but gets psyched up about this kind of thing, so I'd rather handle it myself.
In case this doesn't work: Does anyone know of a place to resell these modules or trade them for ones that fit my motherboard?
Thanks.

, etc.;
