Looking for a BEGINNER guitar teacher for my 15 year old daughter in our home in Minhang -- Gudai Lu. Friday afternoons -- 4-5 p.m.

Any ideas where we can look?

I would do a search for Shanghai Music Conservatory and then go to those areas to inquire. When I lived in Chengdu there were several streets of music shops, music lessons, recording studios, etc. around that area. If you are looking for a western teacher, then you may try posting this in music forum and see if you get any better results.

I think maybe you would like to find a guitar teacher who can speak a little bit English? try to post an advertisement in this forum. Guitar.....in Shanghai, you can go to people square, which is East Jinling road, there are some shops selling Guitar and also had Guitar lessons if you buy their Guitar....
