I am going to move to SHA in May. Company's office is located on South Zhongshan Rd, Orient Int. Finance Plaza. I was looking that address on maps but without any results.
Could you pls help me with this.
What is the best area to live near that place?
thanks[[/b]

anyone has a paper map to recommend? I search this forum, but info I found on hard copy roadmaps are from a couple of years back. And these days, everyone is into GPS.
But I would like to have a hardcopy map on hand as backup for driving, just in case. Does anyone know of any? I can read chinese. Thanks!

Perfect one.
I think this is a proper & very good to be understood for everyone who is visiting or going to visit China.

The British International School put out a good one recently. Picked up a free copy, can't remember where.
If you contact them they might know where you can get it. (www.bisshanghai.com or email schools@bisschina.com).

if you come through international flights @ Pu Dong there is a rack full of free maps of Shanghai, in English, Japanese as well as Chinese whilst waiting for your bags pick couple up. They are updated fairly regular.

Also bought the App for my Ipod Touch.

I realised I have to work at Jiading District!! That's really far away from Downtown! :( :(

Jingan Temple to Jiading by subway is 40 minutes. Thats not bad if you live and work near either end. (I used Nanxiang since that is were I always seem to get off when going to a Jiading factory'). That is a good map though. I use it a lot.

Either it died or is blocked, but the above link does not currently open for me, but thanks for the spam nonetheless.
