Adrienne Farrelly, the General Manager of Shanghai Properties was so very helpful to me and my daughters while we were in Shanghai for two months with my daughter's modeling. She helped us find a serviced apartment in a very short time. When we arrived in Shanghai, an apartment that I found online with another leasing agency ended up not being the same as what was advertised on their website. I was now in a foreign country without a place to live and not sure who I could trust to help us find an apartment. I was trying desperately to communicate with agents online and very few followed through with what was promised.

We signed the lease the next day and the agent physically helped us move our stuff into the apartment. After moving in, she was more than willing to help us with any issues that we needed help with.
