Looking for short term rent, around 1 month or possibly 5 weeks as family arriving. Please can someone point me in right direction?

Must be clean, modern and in a quiet area close to a metro line, also not a high rise (or not on a high floor). Must be fully furnished and have air-con, TV, fridge, cooking facilities, i.e. an oven. A studio would be fine to keep cost down, looking in region on 5-6K per month if possible.

Dont like your chances for only 4-5 weeks.
Family? this means how many bedrooms?
You can get a budget hotel for that money, but not with a full kitchen.
