Not sure if I should be posting in the real estate section for this, but it seems to be flooded with agent wallpaper.

I'm renting a 1 br apartment at the crossroads of Panyu and Hongqiao roads.
The rent is 2800 rmb / month and the contract is through the end of Feb, which means you're obligated to stay for 2 months, but of course have the option to renew with the landlord. It's a nice place with a good view.

I'm from the US so im pretty bad with m^2, but I would say about 55 (based on going to Ikea and comparing ) It has a kitchen/dining room with adjacent bathroom and a pretty decent size bedroom + balcony, 11th floor.

I like the place but I got a new job and I need to move a bit closer. If you're interested or have questions - send me a PM/email.

does this have high speed internet and/ or access to a gym? also do you think i could extendfor a few months or need another year; i think i am on moving over for a 4-5 months. Lastly, how far is this from Grand Gateway Mall, Hongqiao is pretty closeright?
