The real deal for D visas?

Postby baaj » Mon Mar 06, 2006 12:25 pm

I've read that to get a D visa that you have to be married and living in CHina for more than 5 years.

Does this mean married for 5 years AND living for 5 years? I've been in CHina for more than 5 years and married to a Chinese national for 2 1/2 years.

Has anyone done this anywhere else? I've got good government relationships in other provinces.
