You gone also??

You can 'splain it to me over beers Friday.
Not all chemicals are bad. Without chemicals such as hydrogen and oxygen, for example, there would be no way to make water, a vital ingredient in beer.....Dave Barry

Thanks heaps Neil. I was down with food posioning from those little lamb Kebabs that I find very hard to resist.

It's really sad to see so many regulars leave.: With wonderfuul supporters like you guys, Shanghai Properties will be here for the long haul.

Shall catch Platy, Neil and the rest and the Boo after Aussie Drinks tonight. There's the Bushfire Appeal and all funds raised are going towards helping our fellow countrymen/women during this tragic time.

All are welcome to come along. 30rmb entry. Kakadu, Bridge 8, No. 8 Jianguo Xi Rd. 6-9.30pm.

See you there!!

Also quickly wanted to bump up and old post as adrienne just did a great job finding a nice place for me (which my assigned relocation company couldnt). Saw many places before but none was the kind of western standard i liked and even though i speak a decent amount of chinese, the agents didnt get what i wanted. my problem was that i had to find a place downtown very later as my work situation changed very unexpectedly but it wasnt a problem at all, it just took us a couple of days to find exactly what i was looking for. If you are looking for top service and someone who gets exactly what you are looking for (i wanted an apartment with double glazed windows, heatning and an oven, high rise), ask her for help. Really happy i met her last year, no other agency got even close to what i wanted (guess germans are too much into detail for them :) )
