I just arrived in shanghai, and am looking for places to go out tonight. A place with a good band, where I can meet local or expats around a few drinks. Any suggestion?

there's a shanghai expat mixer at bonbons at 9pm, should be a few people at senses wine lounge too, and Tongren Lu and Huai Hui Lu are stuffed with bars and music
