Toddler's Weekly Menu

Postby Cychic » Tue Nov 29, 2005 9:07 pm

Our child is allergic to wheat, corn, eggs, and nuts and we're avoiding the seafood, acidic foods, yeast and gluten.

She is at a stage where she is more selective of what she eats and it is getting harder to find things that she can and will eat. I am just looking for some ideas from other parents.

Thank you in advance.

Hey, I-L?! Is it you?

If you guys aren't going home for the holidays, let me know, because we are and I'd be happy to pick up some helpful book (if one exists) to help you make some of these tough choices.
You told me that spelt was out, too, right?! I could've gotten a couple of kilos of that from Whole Foods! Maybe there's something else-- or a nutritive supplement that would help?

You've got my email address!

Hi suamei,

Yes, it is I (Ai). No, we will not be going home for the holidays. Gluten is out....just found out recently as she turned red in the face area after eating some rye crispbread. I'll call you tomorrow.
