So the weather is great but you can't find a beach-maybe just a dirty creek! Well Join us at Plan B tonight for a Thai style beach party.. Dress in beach attire and enjoy free shots!

free shots for guys, too, for beach attire? most clubs in america won't allow guys going to it topless, only girls in hoochie mama clothes. i guess shanghai doesn't have these strict rules.
