Is it that difficult? I am a Taiwanese but studied in Taiwan until middle school. I took my education in English speakng countries and I can read Simplied Chinese without any difficulty. I hardly heard any complaint about it.
In my company, we always have frequent e-mails to and from people who use simplied Chinese. They can all read it (of course need some time to get ued to it).
My suggestion is get used to it (special your boss from Taiwan, I heard a roomer saying the United Nation is planning to abolish Traditional Chinese in 2008), See below...
* Have you heard of Dr.EYE? It's a translation software which can easily translate btween Traditional and Simplified Chinese, as well as other languages.

Sign This Petition:
We, the undersigned, are appalled by the abolishment of Traditional Chinese
in UN documents. This is an act of annihilation of the culture and history
of the Chinese people.
Both Traditional and Simplified Chinese are of extreme significance and
should be recognized equally on the international level and by UN.
