Myself and a friend am thinking of going to Hong Kong for a visit but she is a Chinese citizen and needs a travel agency's faio pao (receipt/stamp) in order to go (when visited the government office to get permission for her to travel to HK). One travel agent said the cost was 500 Yuan for the faio pao which seems quite high. Does anyone know of a travel agent that can provide this service so much cheaper rate?
