i just quit from the job, im still holding my z visa, but the company want to cancel it and they give me 1 week to change my visa. is it possible for me to change z visa to f visa? pls give me more info about it. thanks

To answer your question. You CANNOT change Z visa to any kind of visa within Mainland (unless you get employed for another company). That means that you have no choice but to go HK. I posted many times links for companies in HK but here they are again.

I am not sure that your company has a right to cancel your visa, how long is it before it gets expired? Maybe others can help on whether your company can or cannot do that.

We are sorry about that, we can not help you to change the Z visa to F visa, if you want to apply the F visa in our office you need to wait until your recent Z visa expire Apr 06.

wEare profession. Give us your passport any promble we cansold out, even you visa expired.

In fact, jaseta, you can easily go to Wusong Lu 333 and ask in English if with unexpired Z visa you can make it expired and then change to F as you are no longer working (they will not make any notes and you do not need to bring passport with you, just ask).

But still I doubt your employer can do anything. People! Can anybody help in here????!!!!!

in the end i went to wusong with my bad bad ex-boss(wife) canceled my work visa and will get a temporary visa for a month. i hope i can get a new f visa for 6 month(multiple). cause i heard a gain from my friend they can only get 1 month visa. and i just bought a train ticket. damnnnnn what i can do now is just email them and ask them the same q again. akhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
and stupid me... i bought a ticket on fri which is arrieve on sat 13.00 afternoon and the company close at 12 afternoon already. oooooo myyyyy Gooddddd ..
