$50-&70 is tough.

Puts you onto the Motel 168 or Motel 268 range. Safe, clean. quiet....not glamorous.

Unless someone can get back to you on the Boutique with first hand info, I would be hesitant to stay in a hotel here from internet information only. Assume that is where you found the Xu Jia Hui hotel?
Not all chemicals are bad. Without chemicals such as hydrogen and oxygen, for example, there would be no way to make water, a vital ingredient in beer.....Dave Barry

jin jiang hotels as those 5 stars jin jiang in mao ming rd??? My bosses all stay there whenever they are in town and it costs at least RMB 1,000 per night

thou it's kinda late to make suggestion, I do think motel 168/268 is a good option. I saw they have one nearby SH train station, that could be a good location for a traveller coz the trains will rund around the area

for better options, check on ctrip or elong
