a group of friend and I are placing an order at Bottega, a wholesale Italian cheese seller. Bottega's prices are a lot cheaper than CityShop or other markets here in Shanghai, the only problem is the quantity you are forced to buy. That's why I am looking for people intersted in ordering some cheese.

Bufalo Mozzarella: 125 g 42 rmb
Mozzarella Bites: 1 bag of 10pieces 33 rmb
Ricotta: 250 g 43 rmb (vs 60 of cityshop)
Smoked Scamorza Cheese: 200 g 55 rmb

are they selling whole parmesan cheese and pecorino too? I'm also interested in mascarpone.

I don't think I'd buy any of that mozzarella as you should get that fresh. In fact, you can get it fresh from Solo Latte.

I'm more interested in the hard cheeses like parmeggiano and pecorino as those keep well.
