Hi,
I pretend to set-up a company in SH. Most probably a WOFE.
My goal is the company to have 3 activities in China Mainland:
Importing
Distributing
Restaurant/Bar
I would like to know the general conditions, charges, fees, investment needed to make this project and how long does it take?
Naturally, I need to know how much do you charge for this proceedures?
Thanks.

worldtraveler88 wrote:Office does not need space as you said. There are easier ways to set up a WFOE or Rep office. For what Asheley bbd is asking, you will need to have strong connections with SFDA to get a Health Certificate. Which China is getting more strict! We work with China governments on a regular basis.
