I pretend to set-up a company in SH. Most probably a WOFE.
My goal is the company to have 3 activities in China Mainland:

Importing
Distributing
Restaurant/Bar

I would like to know the general conditions, charges, fees, investment needed to make this project and how long does it take?
Naturally, I need to know how much do you charge for this proceedures?

Office does not need space as you said. There are easier ways to set up a WFOE or Rep office. For what Asheley bbd is asking, you will need to have strong connections with SFDA to get a Health Certificate. Which China is getting more strict! We work with China governments on a regular basis.

If you don't mind me asking, what is SFDA?

China State Food and Drug Administration. You need license from them for any import/export, distribution, restaurant, etc.. for selling of foods, drinks(wine, soft drinks, juices, beer, liquor, etc.).

In fact, since 2010, foods trading was supervised by Shanghai Adminstration for Industry&Commerce and restaurant by China State Food and Drug Administration.
