What you cook last night?

Bought some taco mix....
Ground beef, cheese, lettuce, onions, tomatoes
So..TACO NIGHT, instead of corn tortillas used the soft burrito wrapper from Carrefour

Not bad
RULES TO REMEMBER IN LIFE:

3. Alcohol does not solve any problems, but then again, neither does milk

^Those last few sound seriously good. Having had real beef in ages.

Last night my lady fried some tofu (Anhui style) with snow peas, bone soup and spicy lao dofu spread. It was amazing!

Salmon head miso soup with tofu.
Salmon in oven. Used folio and low temperature. Inside added some leek (cut in small), green pepper slices, white pepper, little salt, soy sauce and tiny amount of Worcestershire sauce. Cooked couple of potatoes as well. We washed all down with sake.

I had fish fingers from filleted fish, and covered with flour, egg, breadcrumbs, and deep fried, and chips of course. Yum.
