Whats your usual night circuit? Start/End Time, place(s)?

Whenever im there, i visit new heights/shanghai brewery and thats it, xintiandi and g+ club twice, which sucked badly

10:30pm ~ 6:00am, at home in bed.

heights/shanghai brewery and thats it, xintiandi and g+ club twice

tourist and poser traps

find Tongren lu, the new Da Tong Mill, HuiHai Lu, and Wulumuqi lu.....and Cuvee for quieter, normal times

Cuvee on the other hand is a good spot...

Isnt tongren lu not safe? As froo huihai lu is it the same as huaihaui?

Cuvee is a nice beer and wine bar, like a lounge.
This city has everything, 10,000 night spots, better if you explain what' you're looking for.

Night circuit eh? Usually a combination of plyometrics, kettlebells, thai pad drills, and I always try to work in deadlifts, squats, and farmer walks for good measure.
