Want to go bike riding this weekend, if it stops raining. Heard I can rent a bike for 80 rmb a day. Anywhere I can rent one for cheaper than this?

Or would I be able to find a decent used bike to buy at that price?

i came across a bike shop (major shimano) along Hengshan road, but not sure how much rental a day, and you need to pay 1600 rmb deposit

You can buy a new one for 300rmb....or less.

I saw lots of rental bike nearby zhongshan park subway station,hehehe

No deposit needed. It is now mainly in Minhang and Baoshan District. You have to get a membership first.You have to use to give a copy of passport/house rental contract , it is really not easy to do so.
