Where do I find internet-based TV program providers?

We've had Dream TV for a few years in Shanghai but the cable to the satellite dish on the roof has been highjacked twice. Recently I read that different internet-based systems offering a range of foreign TV channels are available in Shanghai, removing the need for cable+dish. One seemed particularly attractive -- for RMB 1500 p.a. you get 30 top foreign channels reliably delivered to your TV. Its supposed to be the same selection of English channels offered by luxury hotels. Where do I find these systems on offer? What telephone number(s) should I phone?

Thanks for the tips above but I need something else, namely a paid service that relays a number of prime international TV channels to your TV itself (not to your computer). It uses the internet and not a satelite dish or antenna. There was an article about it in one of these free English-language magazines distributed in certain restaurants in Shanghai, with the different options and the telephone numbers given. But unfortunately I lost my copy. I've not been able to find the information since.

We do have where clients buy the Vulkano Blast so they dont need a PC to stream from.

They just plug the Blast into the TV using HDMI out or composit component to TV

I have an email address under every post and a website with all the info ok. The Blast simply operates off the same Vulkano streaming system. Its like what people used to call a slingcatcher type system

Please email me as the PM system is too small to contain all the info
