I take it you are referring to nightlife.
Camel Bar is just off Hengshan Road near the Pushkin Monument. Cheapish drinks, relaxed atmosphere. Similar setup at O'Malleys (although I think that was under renovation) and Paulaner.
If you're more into deafening doof-doof, fire-eaters, go-go dancers and 5000rmb tables where you can play dice and drink watery Johnny Walker, then you could hit M3 which is right on Hengshan Lu.
If you want sophistication and don't mind paying extra, then Sasha's might suit.
Cotton's on Jianguo is also fairly close by. Nice outdoor seating there, could be the go at this time of year.
