does anyone know where i can get a crack for XP SP2? i upgrade the other day on a previously cracked version of SP1, and XP is now asking me to authorize again. any help? thanks.

Why would you bother with cracks? Just get a CD key from a buddy, one of your friends has a real key who bought a computer... and then install a real version. You never have to worry about hot fixes, future service packs, windows validation. A CD key can be used by about 20 people before it is flagged by MS, I have had my key for over 4 years that I got from my Dad's lawyer of all people. Unfortunately the only valid Vista key I have is for Windows Vista Home, not the deluxe version. So still working on that before I actually upgrade next year when they release SP1 for Vista.

And if you insist on using cracked versions, just go to Pirate Bay or Mininova or IsoHunt and type "Windows XP Ultimate Edition" the one by Johny. That is a pretty slick release because it has embedded every app you could ever want to use. But I don't like those versions personally.

Of course it is all a moot point... XP SP3 is released in less than a month. It is already in final RC status.
