Xpat gym and Kickboxing classes

Monday nights 6:30- 7:30 and Saturday mornings 9:30-10:30

Gloves, bags and hand pads provided

Good for fitness and technique from beginners to advanced

Can also do personal training kickboxing/martial arts etc

Full gym facilities including machine weights, free weights and cardio machines

Same type of class kickboxing technique and fitness

Price usually 120 but can be discounted depending on type of membership

No monthly or yearly membership only pay for what you use

In the class mainly learning how to punch and kick basics and some fitness but can cater for different styles in personal lessons.

It's Sanda Kickboxing. A Chinese style that's geared more towards combat and self defense.
