Looks like a phishing scam. Look at the URL.. is it a yahoo.com URL? - and it might say it on the surface - but look at where the actual link goes to. . Do not follow the URL.. if you have a Yahoo account.. type in the URL and login and then look for the notice ( they should have something in your account if it is for real ) .

Yep, a pretty obvious scam. I've had them from banks, gmail and paypal. Ignore.
(like pirated dvds...the bad English gives it away)

as soon as you are being asked to reveal any info about yourself, such as address, full name, DOB etc., it is probably a scam. lots of these have been going on recently.

anyways, the reason they give is pretty much BS. they (yahoo or the likes) will delete an inactive account after a certain period by themselves, no questons asked. if you are "busy" on your account, i.e. you log on, retrieve mail etc., they will NEVER contact you and ask, whether you still use that account.

Definite scam. The yahoo without a capital letter and no exclamation mark at the end is a huge clue. Bin it, darned scamsters.

You got the same message?
Whats weird, was it was in my SPAM mail in YAHOO. Why would yahoo send their message to the SPAM mail?

I normally check my SPAM mail every 3 days as some new people i just got to know are not in my list and they go to SPAM.
