Is anybody living in this compound? we moved a couple of months ago and we have now a leaking problem, so i just want to know if all the houses are in these condition? because all of them have the same layout and seem to be made of the same material.

You can call the owner of the real estate and negocciate about the leaking issue. If you need help please try us.

If the leaking is caused by poor construction quality you need to inform your landlord ASAP and it is the owner's responsibility to repair it. The owner should be responsible for all the cost. If you used an agent your agent should help you to inform the leaking problem to the owner and to help arrange repair.

How do you charge for general servicing of air contitioners? Are you handy man professional and well trained? Do we need to pay an arm or leg?

yes, thank you our agent have contacted the landlord and he is willing to come and talk, but do you thinkit can be repaired? i am not very positive about the fixing, but lets see what the landlors says about it.

Latina, your landlord needs to come with a professional contractor to find a repair sulotion. It is his investment also. Come to talk may not be enough. It sounds the leak problem is bad. Hopefully the repair work won't disturb your normal life too much.

By the way, the cost for leak will be shared, if not all spent, by the owner, so don't worry. I think the first problem you should pay attention to now, is to repair the leak ASAP, as moisture, bacterials will come along with the leak. Once there are water damage, you will have to repaint the wall as well, it's very troublesome for poeple who live in the house, I think, sincerely.
