We organize a weekend in Ling Feng Temple, 3 hours by bus from Shanghai.

During the weekend, escape the daily life's pressure by experiencing the life of a buddhism monk and try to zen meditation taught by a master... During 2 days, help yourself by coming back to a simple life and release your mind...


Length : 2 days, 2 nights (leave of Friday evening)

Date : Friday Feb. 10th to Sunday Feb. 12th
...and Friday Feb. 17th to Sunday Feb. 19th

Price : 399 RMB
(a big part of the money goes to the temple)
