The Second Serviced Apartments of KWIH Begins Operation

K.Wah International Holdings Limited (KWIH), a leading real estate enterprise in Hong Kong, announced the formal operation of Stanford Residences Xu Hui, the second serviced apartments under its high-end serviced apartment brand, Stanford Residences, a few days ago. Its commencement also marks KWIH's steady development of the diversified product lines and active exploration of the high-end serviced apartment market.


Running with the theme of "Encounter Your French Elegance," the housewarming party at the Stanford Residences Xu Hui was held at The Palace, a boutique residential property on West Jianguo Road. Mr. Leo Lee, Associate Director, Mr. Francis Yeung, General Manager of Marketing and Sales of K.Wah (China) Investment Co., Ltd. and Mr. Paul Frenches,  Cultural attaché of the Consulate General of France in Shanghai  attended the party.




Establishing the high-end serviced apartments brand - Stanford Residences - in 2013, KWIH launched its first flagship project - Stanford Residences Jing An in March 2015 with a high-level rental and an excellent occupancy rate that soon made it a market leader in the high-end serviced apartments industry in Shanghai. It reached an occupancy rate of 90% by the end of 2016 and earned awards including High-end Serviced Apartment Brand of the Year and "Best Serviced Apartment Operator" from the industry and media.


The success of the Stanford Residences Jing An not only proves the precise judgment of KWIH regarding the high-end serviced apartment market in Shanghai, but also represents the completion of important strategic deployment by KWIH with respect to diversified business development in the Chinese Mainland. The formal operation of the Stanford Residences Xu Hui will further promote the diversified development of KWIH. The project will join Stanford Residences Jing An, and Stanford Residences Xu Hui to offer more options to domestic and foreign families living in Shanghai.
