Tired of Terrible New Year's Parties? Why Not Try North Korea?

New Year's is easily one of the worst times of the year. You build it up for weeks, dress up all fancy and head out on the town only to find packed bars, inflated prices, rip-off taxi drivers and a sense of dissappointment because the night never manages to live up to the hype. This year why not mix things up with an ultra cheap trip to one of the world's most talked about countries, North Korea!

This December 30th, Young Pioneer Tours is taking a bunch of tourists from Northern China's Dandong on a train across into North Korea and down to Pyongyang.

As part of the trip you'll get to see Kim il Sung Square, the Mansudae Grand Monument, The Grand People's Study House, Juche Tower, The Korean War Museum, and even get to ride the Pyongyang subway.

On New Year's Eve you'll get to drink with locals on Kim Il Sung Square as you enjoy the fireworks.
